Bella is a 35 pound female who really needs a second chance in life. Everyday is a new and wonderful experience for her. She was not allowed to run and now that she is placed in her foster home with wonderful foster parents, she is learning to enjoy her life and be a dog. Here is what her foster says about Bella: If I were going to describe Bella this is what I would say, "Young, energetic, loving female dog. Loudly screaming, love me, with her eyes and behavior. Enjoys the company of other dogs and is cat friendly. Is curious but could be afraid of new elements in her environment. Loves to run on her own but is used to the leash. Requires a human parent who is willing to give her attention, has a big yard and can devote time to her"
